  • Instruction by Kevin Gowin, James Brugger, and Mike Caplis (Lake Norman High School coaches)
  • Instruction by Mikko Red Arrow (All-American Hofstra University, Iroquois Nationals All World Tournament Team, Long Island Lacrosse Club, Major Indoor Lacroose League)
  • Goalie training @ 1:00pm by Joel Heimbigner (Queens College)

We will be raffling off a Riddle XR Chrome-Tek CUSTOM Lacrosse helmet on March 3, 2010.  We will be selling tickets for $2.00 each or 3 tickets for $5.00.  Tickets will be distributed to the coaches and available at upcoming practices over the next couple of weeks.

Lake Norman United Lacrosse will be having a sign-up day for Spring Lacrosse at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Mooresville on Saturday, January 23rd from 10:00am until 2:00pm.

Please try to take advantage of the early registration discount by registering before 1/25/10.   All players will receive a pair of shorts and a Dryfit T-shirt to wear under their jersey included in the registration fee.

Walk in sign ups available at BIG DAWG LACROSSE Tuesday – Friday 10AM – 7PM every week

  • 2009 Fall Ball Season runs from September 12th – November 1st
  • Available for Boys and Girls
